Requisition report- RQ260 but with GL distribution?

HI, we are looking for a report that is very similar to the RQ260, but also outputs the GL distribution of the requisition? The goal is to have a report that we can review the Special and Service requisitions for the period, but see the GL distribution. We basically would like to catch any errors before there is a released PO. I cannot find a canned one that has this information. We can build something custom but checking first. Trying to manage this through a PO report is very difficult, considering it will have released reports. The MM280 is great, but again, its only for released PO's. We are hoping more to catch things on the requisition side.

I'm not aware of any canned reports that allow review of the req distribution before PO. We built it into our req approval IPA as part of the email for approval and viewable in the approver's inbasket. If you set your buyer as the final approver of a req for Specials/Service they could review before it hits the PO23.

Thank you! We just created an LBI report to get the information. Our Buyers are the first approver (as opposed to final), but typically review is done there. However, its more our Service agreements that we want to pay closer attention to the GL distribution- before it becomes an unreleased PO.

Do you mean your PO25 Service Agreements or Service lines that go to PO20?
