Hello- I am testing the BSI 10.x.1 upgrade and have found an unexplainable tax difference for Denver, Colorado. With the upgrade, the Denver Employee and Employer Occupation tax no longer takes for an employee who lives and works in Denver, CO.
On my test payroll, TaxFactory error message 2013 displays.
2013- The Formula For The Denver Employee/Er Occupation Is A Non Resident Only Formula While The Resident Code Interface Parameter Indicates A Value Of Resident Only Formula. No Tax Result Was Generated For This.
Did anyone else encounter this issue? If yes, how did you resolve the issue?
