To update Distribution group of S3 -lawson job in process flow.

Hi Everyone !!,

Is there any possibility to update the distribution group of lawson job. While submitting the job, this can be done using Report Action -> Distibution group and selecting the group name.

I tried to achive the same in process flow using lawson transaction node ,updating the job report parameter --RPT-FLD14 . But the value is not getting updated in the job.

Any ideas on this

Hi Lavanya, I changed the distribution group on a couple of my test jobs, and when I looked at the AGS return in portal, it was RPT-FLD15 that was updated. We are on version 10.

Hi Lavanya, I looked at the AGS return for the job in the Lawson portal <crtl><shift><a>. I took another look, and it looks like you might have to populate both RPT-FLD14 and RPT-FLD15 in your transaction node.

Here is the AGS return when the job goes to the print queue:

Here is the AGS return if I change the job to go to a distribution group:

I tried this using a Lawson transaction node in IPA and it updated the job. You need to put the literal "Dist Group" into RPT-FLD14 and the name of your group into RPT-FLD15.
