How does your organization best define their academic population? Currently, we are trying to streamline the process of defining the academic population as we share job codes with the non academic departments as well. For example, a Program manager job code may have academic folks and non academic folks. This causes hard coding in reports and confusion. can their be a simple solution that can be implemented to properly define them?
