As a result of furloughs and reduction in force related to the COVID-19 situation, we are going to have to mass delete one-time deductions for employees that are in arrears.
How do folks do this? I was hoping we could use an Add-In, but the Lawson-provided Add-In template is disregarding sequence number and wiping out all arrears for the given employee. (I even checked with Don Peterson, but it seems as though the PR39 just can't handle the individual deduction delete.) We might be okay with that in some cases, but in other cases we don't want to delete all deduction codes from the employee record, only certain ones.
I understand that the PR139 can also delete deductions, but our Payroll Manager explained to me it can only delete one pay period at a time.
Any other ideas?
