I like to find out if you have monitoring script/agent setup to monitor MSCM pending uploads? Currently, we are reactive to pending uploads until clients report the issue through service desk, then we restart MSCM.
If you do, would you share how you monitor it?
MSCM 10.1.7.6, on premise.
