we need a solution for this case: our employees are sending documents attached in emails. we would like to have a link, which starts a direct idm-file download on client side. With this solutions we can minimize our mail traffic and the customer has the file already downloaded.
i know that there is a REST IDM APi go get the documents as well. Are there other possibilities?
