I was trying to use the UserAction node in the IPA to send Tasks to Mingle users. Users may take action within the Mingle inbox.
I used the configuration FSM_ION_Connector that is standard in CS FSM and the task is being sent to the intended mingle users.
The problem after that is.. after the user took action, the work unit is still pending -- as if no actions were taken.
Are there configurations needed to be able to achieve this?
