I am perplexed. I have added another option to the "Type" drop-down list on the Customer Interactions form. I want this selection to enable the Email (From, To, CC, etc.) fields just like when "Email" is chosen. I assumed this would just involve changing the Form Script - however, this does not seem to be what is controlling the behavior. When I commented out all the scripts in the Form Script, the fields would still be enabled when "Email" was chosen but disabled for anything else. Is there something else controlling this behavior? I have checked Events and they just point to Form Scripts. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
