Has anyone already developed (or used?) an integration between CSI and Dynamics?
We're looking at the Customer Service and Field Service modules of Microsoft Dynamics, and they seem more interesting than CSI's Service module (the UI is a tough sell for Sales and Customer Service people).
If our company ends up choosing Dynamics for our Service department, we will have to sync our ERP (CSI 9.01.01 on-premise, hopefully upgrading to version 10 within 1-2 years) with Dynamics' API.
I don't know if it's relevant but we do not have Infor OS, Tech Stack, Ming.le, ION. Only CSI with QCS module (and CPQ and Factory Track).
I have not yet looked at Mongoose' API but I know it exists and it is "documented" (not having high hopes for the doc quality though, coming from Infor).
I'm looking for a reference, or package/library/code, or partnership, or advice, regarding such an integration.
