Web UI SoHo Xi Navigation panel disappears

We are running Landmark 11.0.33 and LTM 11.0.30 and have enabled the new web UI. For most employees the Navigation Panel displays on the left of the page as desired; however, some of them have figured out how to make that disappear. Unfortunately we can't seem to make it reappear. Is there an escape sequence to toggle this on and off? If so what?

I am not sure if you can disable the panel from appearing and disappearing but you should see 3 lines and Menu on the left side of the screen. If you click on this the Navigation Pane should open up.

Just a tip - you may want to cross post this over to the new CSF/GHR forums that are setup - might be more v11 customers monitoring there.
