Common Paymaster

We are looking for anyone with experience in making the change to common paymaster. What type of struggled encounted with the switch?

We currenly have one company and 8 Process levels and they are all independent. We will start to file under one paymaster and we are trying to research the process. Can it be done at a quarter or just at the beginning of a new years. Did the change effect any other areas of they systems?
