I have one site where they link their purchase orders to Job costing so when placing the PO they choose the job and the cost code it relates to. After the payroll upgrade was done to 2.70.00 they started to experience issues when using PIR - message was no budget line exists.
After investigating with the help of Pegasus we realised that when creating a PO and choosing the job and cost code and posting it was posting to the DOLINE table but the do_jline was empty. This in turn caused the JWIPR table to have a blank jw_line. The next problem is these have not posted to the JCLINE table either or has posted in but with missing info i.e. no job number so sits corrupted at the top of the table.
I have been basically adding in the missing line numbers & jcline numbers to DOLINE and JWIPR and appending in the missing info if required in JCLINE and deleting the corrupted lines however, this has been happening now since the payroll upgrade and I am wondering if it could be a defect in that version.
Has anyone experienced similar issues?
