Can't crate IDO Custom Assembly for SLitems - "SLitems not checked out"

CSI 9.01.01, on prem. Doc-Track installed.

I'm trying to create a Custom Load Method for a replaced IDO I created, QVI_SLItems. My Custom Assembly shows up. When I go to add the method, I get an error message that says "SLItems is not checked out."

The IDO is set to Replace SLItems/LCDTSLItems-Item-DTIcon.

I've tried checking in & out, and flushing the IDO cache but nothing is helping. Why am I getting this error?

I figured it out..... I'd say this is a bug but I seriously doubt it'll get fixed.

If I click the "Methods" button and then click "New Method" (at least initially), the IDO Name gets populated with SLItems.

However, if I click "New Method" on the IDO form, the IDO Name is populated correctly, and is populated correctly if I click "Methods" then "New Method".
