On our Version 10 environment, we are looking to remove the option to select Pre/Post tax for the Health, Dental, and Vision Plans. Which htm file(s) need to be updated in the xbnnet directory to accomplish this?
That should be controlled by your benefit setups and the employee just needs to select the option.
The problem is that our Benefits department wants the option to not be shown to prevent employees from selecting the wrong option.
Are they presenting benefits that have some pre-tax and some after-tax options within the same plan?
No, all of our Medical Plans are Pre-Tax with no option for Post-Tax.
The way I find files that need to be updated is to use Fiddler 4 (Its free) to capture internet traffic. It'll tell you what files your browser is opening as you click through Open enrollment.
