Hi - has anyone deployed Infor Spreadsheet Designer in a Citrix environment where there are no local or roaming profiles? If so, could you share how that was set up. Thanks.
We have not, but one potential issue that I can foresee is that ISD is updated sometimes every month. We have experienced times where the previous version has stopped working properly after and update and needed to be upgraded on the user's computer. This could be problematic for a citrix farm for an app that changes that often.
We figured this out and it's working. We had to install a script to delete local profiles after each logoff, so it triggers ISD to "install" each time a user logs into the Citrix ISD Excel. The key for us is that we won't have to update all the PC's with ISD whenever there is a CU update that causes ISD to not work. It will just be one update to the Citrix image.
