Connect Birst with Infor Data Lake

Hi all,

I had connected the Birst to Infor Data Lake using "Shared Connections", however, when I go through the data source in Birst after connected to data lake, found that it has duplicate records with different variation number. But when I compare and query data in Infor Compass JDBC which connected to data lake, found that the data from Compass JDBC is not duplicated..

It seems like the data from both side (Birst to data lake and Compass JDBC to data lake) are not tally. Anyone have any idea on this? and are we able to connect Birst with Compass JDBC?

Also Birst community is now moving to Infor Concierge. You can also raise a support incident/ Enhancement request if you face issues.

Technical Support Requests should be submitted via an “Incident” in Infor Concierge, which you should be using already, and if not, please do start using this immediately.

Ideas will be converted to enhancement requests in the Infor Enhancement Request System (ERS).  This system is accessed from Infor Concierge and is used to submit requests for enhancement and to vote on / subscribe to requests submitted by other companies.
