BSI TaxFactory 10.0.x.2 Critical Notification

Last week Infor issued a critical notification for TF 10.0.x.2 which I believed said that you first needed to load CTP 1481850.  The CTP availability was TBD.

Today I searched on CTP 1481850 and it doesn't exist (yet) and I can't even find the critical notification on the Infor website.  Searching all I came up with was the following and when I tried to go to the link it tells me an error occurred.

Does anyone know a JT or KB number associated with CTP 1481850 or TF 10.0.x.2?

The CTP for JT-1481850 is not yet available. You do not need to install the CTP before applying the BSI update. However, you will not have the functionality of the BSI update until JT-1481850 is available.

The only thing that the BSI update includes is a new Tax Category that calculates the deferral amount for the Employee Social Security Deferral.
