Lawson-Chrome - Unable to Add New Hires on HR11

We have moved our Lawson users from IE 11 to Chrome in response to Infor decommissioning IE 11 as of October 30th. In doing so, our HR group is no longer able to Add New Hires on the HR11. The browser does not pop up the Tax screen after clicking the Add on the HR11 screen therefore the application never accepts the Add. We have set Chrome to Allow Pop up's and have specifically added our Lawson site to the URLs that will allow Pop ups. Has anyone else run into this issue and what did you do to resolve it? We are on Apps 10.0.6 / LSF 10.0.9 (Windows)

Do the users get the pop up blocked icon from Chrome, is there any sort of message in the status bar from Lawson, or just.. nothing?

Nothing. User Inquires on the empid on HR11 and it says employee does not exist.

When I looked at google support, it says if a popup/redirect is being blocked, the user will get an icon in the address bar. So if they are not seeing that, if might be something else. Have you tried to add a new employee through HR11 in LID, and see if it still takes you to the tax screen there?

We've been using Chrome for years with no problems at all. Pop up blockers are the only issues I see occasionally.
