I wanted to get feedback from others, how other companies pay out Christmas Club.
All employees are set up in payroll with direct deposit. We have been duplicating this information in AP to pay out. I wondered if there was a more efficient way to handle this.

I'm not sure what the Christmas Club entails, but we use add to net deductions for paying things that aren't earnings. We use it for expense reimbursements so they can be paid through payroll rather than AP so that it goes to the employee's direct deposit accounts.
Thank you. I do not normally do payroll. Can you tell me exactly what screen you enter this on. This will work great for us if I can get the details.
