ACA Reporting - Outsourcing for 2020

Is anyone outsourcing their ACA reporting for 2020? If so, what company are you using and do they have experience working with Lawson file extracts?

We have used Infor's built in product for a number of years to generate the files for printing and upload to IRS, then used MHC's application to print the 1095's in-house.

It is a very time-consuming process for our staff, and with next year's proposed changes to Form 1095-C (printing on two double-sided pages; Part III from page one has been moved to page three) as well as printing for 4000+ employees we are looking for any contacts to vendors that provide reporting and printing services.

We've used ADP for the past few years. They provide plug and play forms into Lawson/Infor S3. Great resource! nothing at all bad to say about them, we have around 12500 EE's

We are on our 2nd year with ADP, we normally have 2500 employees. They have been very helpful and it is working pretty well. We initially went with the Kronos solution as it was ready before Infor, but have found ADP to be much better. Does require regular auditing as we have people that move in/out of eligibility throughout the year.

We use MHC processing services to print W-2 and 1095-C documents. Send them the file, they print and mail. We also use Document Self Service with them, so it has built in to only send documents to them to print when the employee hasn't opted in for electronic.
