We have one requesting location- PAR location- that is creating duplicate requisitions when entered through mobile supply. Any thoughts to why this might be happening?
Is it happening for all uploads for all users or just one user?
Do you allow additional quantities to be entered? If so, and users are putting in an additional quantity, a second requisition will be created.
That's what my question was leading to. But to duplicate the entire req they would have to enter the exact same quantity as what would be ordered based on the count for every item. This might happen if the user mistakenly thought the additional quantity field was where they thought the count quantity was supposed to be entered. If they left the count field empty and entered the par level in the additional quantity field for every item they would end up with two identical reqs.
Jon A. & Wayne- you both are awesome, and might be spot on! I'll check with the team, but Jon's point about additional quantity as count is quite possible.
