Can anyone share what printer Model you are using for Printing tickets?
We have 2 sites using a HP Laserjet 600 and when the RQ500 runs it basicially locks up the system and every other RQ job scheduled to run goes into recovery.
Working with support we have pinpointed the problem is this model printer.

When we used to have inventory, we used a Citoh CI5000 dot matrix because we wanted one copy for shipping and one copy for Inventory Cotrol.
