I need to develop a concept for my Infor OS CLOUD client who likes to have an interface to import documents into Infor IDM. I have some experience with Infor IDM and found 3 possible ways to send document to infor IDM.
- Infor IDM REST-API via ION
- .NET Framework
- Java Framework
Which way is the easiest, to insert documents with meta information’s from a certain folder into Infor IDM Cloud? We will have a folder with different documents and pictures and would like them to be attached from Infor IDM to the item in Infor LN. I cannot find any guideline or concept with the do’s and don’ts about these 3 possible ways. In the Infor Campus, I just found manuals, how to insert IDM documents manually but this is not a possible solution as the client has lots of documents.
I would like to understand these 3 tools and know, how I need to use them.
