Good Afternoon Everyone,
The pandemic has really brought to light some issues in how our inventory is managed and how frequently our stock on hand can be different between Lawson and our physical shelves. We have identified some unit of measure problems and some receiving problems, but the majority of the variances we have are seemingly unable to be explained.
What steps do you and your teams take to troubleshoot items when counts are off by a large margin?
I have been using Lawson for over 3 years, but feel like I have hit a roadblock in helping our warehouse team diagnose these variances.
