Interfacing HR transactions from a non-Lawson system
Our HR department is working on implementing an outside product suite for Talent Management (recruiting, performance management, succession, etc). This product will also have an HR module that they want to use as the system of record.
As we got further along the project, we have found that the vendor doesn't have the experience in interfacing with Lawson that we were expecting.
I am wondering if anyone else has done something similar where they are managing HR changes in a different system and then interfacing the transactions to Lawson S3 HR. We are maintaining Benefits, Absence Management, and Payroll in Lawson, so we need the transactional information for the benefit automation to work.
Any advice out there would be much appreciated.
