Mandatory Environment Upgrade for TaxFactory 10 not supported on PA-RISC

Has anyone figured out a way to overcome this issue? We are on an old HP PA-RISC box running a 9.0.1.8 environment. Like everyone else, we are trying to get to TaxFactory 10, but an upgrade to a minimum of a 9.0.1.11 environment is required. The problem is that there is no download available of that version of the environment for the PA-RISC system. BSI still supports PA-RISC so we don't have an issue there. We just need to figure out how to get the environment and required patches to a level that will support the software.

We are in the process of moving to Lawson 10 on Windows. We know that our customer has sat on this old server for too long, but we couldn't convince them to budget the money earlier to make the switch. Has anyone figured out a work around?

If they are running 9.018 on a no longer supported hardware platform your options are limited. I would contact Infor support to see if they can provide a compatibility bridge to allow BSI 10 on 9.018. The other possibility might be to continue to run BSI 9.x on the existing platform and call Infor or BSI for special support if needed. If their payroll tax authorties structure is not that complex you might be able to get along running TF9 for a bit. I can't speak for everyone since we only had employees in 3 states, but these forced upgrades are aggravating since we normally find little in the new release to justify the effort.
