How to set up a Health Reimbursement Account in Lawson?

One of our Regional Partners will be processing benefits and payroll on Lawon beginning January 1, 2015. This is our first experience with a Health Reimbursement Plan. I noticed an older post saying a company use the RS plan type in BN15.
How has anyone else set up an HRA plan in Lawson?

We set ours up as a DC plan. Our primary reason for that was because we do passive enrollment and we did not want the HSA to stop if they employee did not go through OE.
