Setting/Configuration to Not Load Users When Using Drill Around on HR11

Hello!

We're currently on 9.0.1.5 and are using a LSF security methodology around Process Level to restrict users to a certain pool of employees.

We are finding that when users use the Drill Around for Employee on HR11 that it is taking an extremely long time to enumerate the first 25 users for some of our users which is required before users can use the search feature. Once loaded, the search works very fast and as expected.

Is there a way to not have the drill around page enumerate those users without resorting to design/programming? The basic list of 25 users isn't very useful to use given the number of employees we're working with, so if we could just remove that as a check, I hope to have that resolve those delays.
