When my IT person pulls the file, it is not coming out right. The information is not coming out right. Anyone else have a problem with the file? We use FTP.

We use an FTP tool to pull it over to the network so we can look at it or fix the exception file and not having an issue.. make sure you are not transferring it as Binary.

We aren't having any issues, and we do all FTP transfers as binary. Is it possible he isn't pulling the right files; acaofrcsv and exofrcsv?

What's not right about the file? Mine was working fine until we applied the latest CTP - now the BN529 doesn't like the date format in the files created by the BN729. I haven't dug into this yet - I'm hoping its an easy fix. Seems I'm taking 1 step forward and about 5 backwards.

My IT person pulled it the same way as she did on 12/29. The file came out perfect but now dates etc... are jumbled, no function codes, no accurate data. The printed file is perfect. We have had some patches input lately. She is pulling it by file transfer method with the exact directory path that was given.

When running the BN729 the print file comes out to be correct but the actual ACAOFRCSV and EXCOFRCSV have incorrect data. here is an example of one record with the header.

We applied all but the last 3 CTP's and have not had an issue with the file in BN529.. other than we noticed the format changed a little in the acaofrcsv file that is created out of BN729.. one column is no longer there... we are on 9.01.
As for the FTP .. I'm not seeing any issues the transferring the file.

We're on 9.012. I just learned that we applied CTP 109069 on the 27th. Could this be the problem?
