Visual Quality - How To Link VMFG Work Orders To Inspection Plans

Good afternoon.
I am new to using Visual Quality. We had a consultant come in last month for a full day training session on non-conformance generation. I am just now getting back to working with VQ and am trying to understand how to link VMFG work orders to VQ inspection plans. I am looking for the required steps to make this linkage.
