1095-C - Suppressing Print for COBRA Participant

We have a handful of former COBRA participants who are having a 1095-C created for 2015 when their coverage ended in 2014. We had created the January 2015 COBRA invoices before we knew the participants were going to drop coverage as of 12/31/14. Since the invoices exist, we are not able to delete the 1/1/15 record from BN71. This record is causing a 1095-C to be generated show the participant had coverage in January.
Does anyone know how to suppress the print for these former participants? Our COBRA is set up on BN70/BN71 so we did not create Resources (BN95). Since the participants were not active employees in 2015, there is no BN99.1 record and the Create Form flag does not exist on BN99.3 where the COBRA participant is.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

For the paper forms, we ended up just pulling the forms for these 2014 COBRA participants and didn't mail them. These records are now causing issues with the electronic file because there is no offer code. Are there ANY forms on which overrides can be made for COBRA participants?
