We are a city-owned hospital using a 457 pension plan. Our HR department would like to implement a 401(a) plan in addition to the 457 we currently have in place. I have contacted Lawson support and received the response Lawson doesn't support a 401(a) plan. Is there anyone in a similiar situation who has found a work around to implement a 401(a) plan with a 457 plan in place?
