I have been working with Infor/Lawson support for over two weeks on this issue that still has yet to be resolved. I was curious if anyone else had experienced this:
When running the PR530 pages of error messages were received that said: ERR:EExxxxx not in plan, PTO (xxxxx being the employee ID). I looked up this error message on the knowledge base and found patch 102538 for LP to correct this issue. After the patch application, there were not errors in PR530 however when the PR137 was ran it went into needs recovery and listed time records in error for employees not on the PR530 error report.
500 PTO time records were flagged in error on PR35.1 even though there was no issue. To correct this and allow the pr137 to run, the Change function needed to be performed on the time record. We aren't looking forward to a repeat of this during payroll, so any input is appreciated.
