BN15 benefit type for Pet Insurance and Legal Insurance

Next year we are offering some new voluntary benefits and Lawson doesn't have any benefit type on the BN15 for pet insurance, legal insurance and hospital indemnity. If anyone has these plans what benefit type did you use on the BN15.

We offer both and set them up as a PR05 Deduction/ Employee Paid (not a benefit). Add-ins are done for add/change amounts/cancellations directly on the PR14.

I am setting this up for next year (voluntary benefits - pet, theft, disability, etc) and I'm wondering how you set this up as well. I don't want to set them up as just deductions on PR05/PR14. I want to set these up as a plan on BN15 so that employees are prompted to select them when enrolling with ESS. However, there is not a miscellaneous or other type that these would fall under. Has anyone set these up with BN15 and if so what benefit plan type did you use?

Hi....we offer a legal service and that is set up under EL. Our identity protection is set up as HL. Pet insurance is not part of open enrollment so that one is just set up directly on PR14.

Kelly, we set up our legal under HL (health). Disability has its own component (EL - Employee Life and Supplemental Insurance) DI - Disability and DL (dependent life insurance, spouse life). I would like to see more choices myself for benefit surcharges etc.. hope this helps. Surcharges are set up as deductions.
