I am setting this up for next year (voluntary benefits - pet, theft, disability, etc) and I'm wondering how you set this up as well. I don't want to set them up as just deductions on PR05/PR14. I want to set these up as a plan on BN15 so that employees are prompted to select them when enrolling with ESS. However, there is not a miscellaneous or other type that these would fall under. Has anyone set these up with BN15 and if so what benefit plan type did you use?
