Linking a smart note to a Lawson form

Does anyone know how to set the "Detail" link in a smart note to go back to a Lawson form? I'm told this can be done, but can not find any good documentaion on how to do it. I have a smart note sent to GL when a journal is over a certain amount and I want them to be able to click the Detail link and open gl45 or gl41 to view the journal.

Here is a document I created that shows how to do just this. You can choose to use the details link or turn any value in the Notification in to a clickable link. You also have the ability to pass values from the row you're clicking in to the form.
