BN549 Measurement upload - bad field data format field 10

Has anyone successfully used BN549 to upload measurement period information? I'm getting a 'bad field data format' for the stability period end date even those the dates in that field are formatted the same as the dates in the previous 5 fields in the file. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
