9.0.1.13 and Process Flow - BSI

We have applied the LSF Env 9.0.1.13 and are testing Process Flow. I am not able to get a Personnel action to trigger a Work Unit. Has anyone else seen issues with environment 9.0.1.13 as related to triggering Process Flows/ creating work units?

This is on our test env and we are building the same service as in production and I am NOT seeing a missing link to get the trigger the Workunit/Process Flow. Via the Process Flow Designer if I manually create a Work Unit in Process Flow Admin the designer will run the Flow.

Hi Roxann, From inside the PF Admin Tool, have you verified that the Flow Definition has been Activated and the the Service Definition is Enabled? If both are true, did you refresh the portal cache before triggering?
