Has anyone figured out a way to tax appropriately for employees who telecommute part time?
For people that work from home full time, we set the remote flag to Y on the HR11 and that works fine.
For people that work in multiple work locations, we link the work location on the time record and that works fine.
The problem is people that work a % of time from a specific work location, and a % of time from home that we are struggling with. We don't want to add people's home addresses to our work location drop down list if we can help it.
Has anyone come up with a creative solution for this?
