9.0.1.13 Env Upgrade breaks Security Administrator

We applied latest 9.0.1.13 env patches ( up to LSFCT_AIX71_09000113P28080) and portal patches ( up to XML_09000113P28032 ) in 2 recently upgraded 9.0.1.13 env. For these 2 envs, the Security Administrator will not work. All other 9.0.1.13 envs without these patches do not have an issue. Any post install steps that may correct this? Thanks!

Is it just LSA that doesn't work? Have you gone through the smoke tests?

Seems to be... RM Admin opens without issue. I can run pgmdef and other users can run their jobs. When a user tries to open Sec Admin tool we get an error message: The Security Server is not responding.

Can you invoke the SSO Servlet successfully?

Are you unable to login to Add Ins or ProcessFlow Designer as well? Are you specifying a port in the server port (assuming that you are using 443/80)?

Thanks to all for the responses. Infor has identified that one of the 9.0.1.13 environment patches caused the issue. We backed out the patch and all is well now.
