Server side scripting question

We have a third party vendor HR is wanting to use to pull Benefit help modules in to our EMSS Self-Service for the open enrollment process. The vendor uses server side scripting for authentication to their site. Looking for someone that has done server side scripting with Lawson (Env. 9.0.1.13)and any information they could give me on where to do that at. The benefits pages we are creating the iFrame for the vendor in are .htm and you can't do server side scripting on an htm page, so looking for where we could do it at and/or if it is even possible.
