Hello all - it would probably make Hans cringe to hear that we are still using a sharepoint site to request changes or additional funding on our service agreements. Has anyone figured out a way to do this within Infor? The use case is when I have a contract for some service (such as cleaning) that I have budgeted $100 for. Then COVID hits and I am cleaning every surface in the organization every 25 seconds, and my costs go up to $100,000,000,000,000. Now AP is trying to match the invoice to the line, and of course will get an error saying the line/contract is out of funds. This means I have to go and fill out a SharePoint form, when really what I would like to do is press a button that says "Request Contract Change."
It looks like I can use the Request Contract link in RSS to request the original agreement, but I don't see anything for changing existing contracts.
