Biilable Supply Charge Capture

Our organization currently stickers patient billable supplies to alert staff that the supply should be charged.  This is a workflow we only use outside of the OR, Cath, EP, and IR labs.  The work to sticker supplies is very time consuming and we are certain that the charge is not always captured.

How are other organizations ensuring billable supplies get charged without doing any stickering?  Thank you.
