Get email notification, when the MEC mapper is failed (Multi-tenant environment)

Hi,

I have a requirement to send an email notification when the MEC mapper is failed.

How we can do this in multi-tenant?

You can configure a mail id in Error Reporting in ION Desk (ION Desk -> Configuration -> Error Reporting).

For Specific BOD, If a BOD fails, it will send a Confirm BOD to ION. You can capture this error BOD in Monitors and notify the intended user

On partner Administration You can process the error.

Infor has remove possibility to send email inside MeC.

Another possibility is use a web service or Mongoose....

You can creare a EXT table and but all Error (or not) data You neeed there using EXT API's.

An updated answer:
Check KB 2298946. It is now possible to enable error notifications from IEC if you enable document M3IECNotification and setup a monitor for this.

The only "problem" that's is not configurable at M3 using CUGEX tables for instance.

Also the information in emails is not many times what user wants.
