We have equipment with SDMs and are in PMs. I'm am trying to default a Service Category and a Service Code when the Work Order gets Released or updated for the first time. I've tried with with EF and FlexSQL. In both cases I can set the values in the evt_servicecategory and evt_serviceproblem fields successfully but I'm still missing something. When the Work Order gets updated next the message "The system could not find a matching combination of Department, Supplier, Service Category and Service Code in the service delivery matrix because one or more fields are blank." still displays and forces the user to re-select the codes. Any ideas?
