I am trying to get a feel for how other organizations are structured as a compactor to our organization. We are a 5 hospital system (not merged, joint venture). We have currently implemented Supply Chain Management Suite, MSCM (RAD & MPC), RQC, Matching, MHC Labels, and interfaces to Epic, Optime, and Witt. Consignment is tracked in Lawson (IC12)
My staff of 7 handles item build/cleanse, PO13 maintenance, PO25 contract loads including service agreements, requester set up, location setup, EDI set up including GHX, Novation site maintenance (tier approvals), charge code updates in IC11, Expiring contract tracking, Bulk Buys, Vendor merges (IC11/PO25 Updates), Consignment loads into IC12, Manufacturer clean up, Buyer Set up, MSCM maintenance, MSCM security, Functional design for all Supply Chain Crystal reports, Job Scheduling, Requisitioning, BPM for ProcessFlow, Training, Security approval/review for LSF (approve new access and design roles/rules for IT to build), interface design and support, Month-end IC close, and inventory reconciliation with Finance. In addition, my team is responsible for upgrades and patch testing.
My very broad question is "Are you set up similarly to my organization and how many FTEs do you have supporting Supply Chain?"
Regards.
