Tuning Landmark GID , IPA and WebSphere

Looks for any tuning help/guides on Grid, IPA and WebSphere. we are running landmark 10.1.1.29 on AIX. we are going live with IPA and LTM in December. we have a good start but want to make sure we have enough connect spools and channels open. right now are flows are running 2-3 times slower in IPA than PFI.

we have about 250 flows but only 75-100 run daily/weekly for ltm and S3. we will be running the New html5 employee and manager space for 9000+ employees. about 200 users in LTM using rich client applet.
