Lawson - Technology Customer Community [READ ONLY]
Print Manager - Internet Explorer has stopped working

Some, but not all, of our users are getting an error (INTERNET EXPLORER HAS STOPPED WORKING) when trying to use the Print Manager in Lawson. They freeze up and cannot use Print Manager. I believe it is related to Internet Explorer and not Lawson but not sure. I have opened a case and Lawson did not believe it was their software. Users can use Print Manager if they go through Citrix. I believe most of the users are on newer computers with updated Windows (7 Enterprise) and Internet Explorer (IE 8). Nothing old.
Has anyone seen this issue and provide some guidance?

I think this is probably our issue also. This is what we get. We hit restart now or restart later and it closes out Smart Office. I just opened a case today and will see what they say.
