I met a client who is using Infor BI v11 in past and everything was normal. Recently, they have migrated servers, where they have installed BI on new server and copied over repository DB from old to new server. Now all reports work fine in Webservices (Direct link manager) and App studio, But no data/metadata is coming up in Dashboards link. Admin user and Windows users were used to test reports.
Checks done:
1. Firewall block on any ports.
2. Access provisions on Repository for Dashboard catalog and Reports etc.,
3. IIS
4. Create new content connections in Dashboards link
Is there any other checks that have to be done to identify the cause of error and the fix?
