LTM - Behavior Assessments for External applicants... Anyone using them?

We are implementing INFOR 10.2. We will be using both the HRM side (payroll and benefits) and the LTM side (talent acquisition and talent management).

Is any current user also using a behavior assessment tool on external applicants? Such as Testsource? If so, which one and do you have it integrated with INFOR?
